1) Reservations and payment methods from 1 to 18 participants.

Confirmation of the trip by the customer for Latin American destinations offered by Peru Paradise Travel & Travel Latin America is made by email with the sending of copies of the passport “where the photo is located” for each participant. Acceptance of reservations is subject to availability and is considered final with the subsequent conclusion of the contract only upon receipt of the trip confirmation and payment in US DOLLARS of 35% per person of the total value of the chosen tour, payable upon confirmation of the trip to the foreign bank account indicated by email or at the link: https://www.peruparadisetravel.com/info-pagamenti-tramite-bonifico-bancario-e-carta-di-credito/

Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you our simple travel contract to fill out, sign, and return to us by email/scanner or WhatsApp to the person in charge of your file. Once the contract is signed, you will have 7 days to make the first payment plus the corresponding fees.

NB: For multi-destination tours that include several countries, e.g., Peru/Bolivia – Chile/Bolivia – Peru – Ecuador, etc., the amount of the first transfer is 50% of the total cost of the trip per person + transfer fees. The final balance of 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival!

Single destination: The balance of 65% in US DOLLARS must be paid 30 days before departure by second bank transfer to the account specified by us by email.

Failure to make the above payments to Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina will constitute an express termination clause of the contract.

For ADVs only. From 1 to 18 participants: For individuals and groups from travel agencies, the first payment is equivalent to 25% of the total tour price and must be paid at the time of confirmation of the trip. The remaining 75% balance must be received 30 days before the date of arrival in Peru.

ADVs only: Upon confirmation of the trip, we will send you our travel contract to fill out, sign, and return to us by email/scan to the person in charge of your file. The contract must be signed by the ADV owner and must include all legal information. Once the contract is signed, you have 7 days to make the first payment.

Note: Please be advised that once we receive the first transfer, we will immediately reserve and pay for the following services: domestic flights, entrance fees, and transportation to areas with high tourist traffic, such as the round-trip train to Machu Picchu. Entrance tickets to the citadel; this way we ensure that we provide you with the most important areas of the tour in advance, considering the number of people and the daily quota for visiting the various archaeological sites we visit in Latin American destinations. Please keep this in mind for any tour cancellations, refunds, or reservation changes you may request. Changes are not possible at some sites, and we will inform you of the chosen destination!

NB: The balance must be paid net: please instruct your bank to cover all charges. If we do not receive the full amount, we will provide you with a statement of the amount received. The difference will be refunded directly in USD or Euro in cash by the customer to Peru Paradise Travel or to the partner responsible for the countries we offer in our catalog or tailor-made tours!

2) Travel documents:

Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina assume no responsibility in the event that the participant is unable to start or continue the trip due to the absence or irregularity of their travel documents (passport, vaccinations, health certificates, etc.).

Note: make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months… otherwise you risk not being able to travel.

3) Rates:

Individual participation rates may be subject to change due to changes in airline rates and the cost of ground services. Any increase in the participation fee will be communicated to the participant in a timely manner. If the increase in the total price exceeds 10%, the participant will have the right to terminate the contract without penalty, provided that they notify Peru Paradise Travel & Travel América Latina in writing via email within 5 calendar days of receiving notification of the increase.

4) Cancellations and refunds:

When a cancellation is received no later than 37 calendar days before the tour start date, the deposit is refundable in full or in part if we have already paid for domestic flights and hotels; we will send you the total amount paid via documentation and you will receive the remaining refund minus administrative fees (equal to $75 USD per person). Bank charges for the refund will be borne by the customer.

If the cancellation is received between the 36th and 31st calendar day prior to the start date of the trip, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the amount paid via the first bank transfer. If the cancellation is received between the 30th and 20th calendar day prior to the start date of the trip, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 75% of the total amount of the trip. When a cancellation is received from the 19th day until the start date of the tour, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the tour. An example… Inca does not provide any refunds.

NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF

  1. The cancellation is received 19 calendar days (or less) before the start date of the tour.
  2. In the event that the participant does not show up as agreed.
  3. In the event that the participant cancels the tour.
  4. In the event that the participant is unable to start or continue the trip due to missing or irregular travel documents (passport, vaccinations, health certificates, etc.).

All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing (by email or fax) and must contain all relevant information. Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, epidemics, political or military unrest, riots, looting, acts of terrorism, natural disasters that endanger passenger safety during the trip).

NB: In the event that certain unforeseen situations (demonstrations, strikes, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, political or military unrest, riots, looting, acts of terrorism, natural disasters) prevent the planned excursions and transfers in shared safety service, the customer must anticipate an additional cost in order to be able to carry out the excursion and transfer to their destination in private.

The private service option is offered by us through the local operator responsible in order to allow the customer(s) to continue their trip as planned. If the SIC service is replaced by the private service, the additional cost will be borne entirely by the customer(s). The cost will be prorated and divided according to the number of participants, type of excursion, distance of the transfer, or a change in the program that exceeds the cost of the previously planned excursion. Additional hotel or hostel nights will also be paid for by the customer.

Beyond the control of the hostel, hotel, airline, train or bus station, or local suppliers of Peru Paradise Travel & Travel Latin America. No refunds will be made as a result of these interruptions or cancellations.

5) Booking Changes:

Booking changes are permitted, but we reserve the right to accept or decline the requested change based on trip availability and the availability of rooms, trains, and flights.

Booking changes received 19 days or less prior to the trip departure date will not be accepted.

A booking change incurs a penalty of $35 USD for each new booking made.

6) Substitutions:

A participant who is unable to enjoy the booked trip may be replaced by another person, provided that the agency is informed in writing and the relevant details of the new traveler are sent no later than 15 days before the trip departure date.

In the event of a substitution, the participant who withdraws and the substitute shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of the participation fee and any additional costs incurred by the substitution.

In any case, the guarantees and obligations arising from the conditions of participation in the trip shall extend to the substitute.

Nor should they hinder participation in the package tour for reasons related to passports, visas, health certificates, transport services, or in any other way that makes participation in the package tour impossible. Domestic flights do not allow substitutions, and reservations are nominal.

7) On-site complaints:

Any deficiency in the execution of the package noted on site by the participant must be communicated to the corresponding service provider or to the tour guide, if included, so that Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina and its local representatives can seek a prompt and fair solution.

8) Jurisdiction and arbitration clause:

For any dispute arising from this contract, the Court of the Tour Operator’s domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9) Safety in countries around the world:

Participants are urged to obtain information in advance from the competent authorities in order to assess the risks, safeguards, and precautions of the countries included in the travel program and to decide individually and freely on their participation in it. Therefore, Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina are not responsible for any damages that may arise during the trip due to the general security situation in the countries visited.

10) Accidents and illnesses:

Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina shall not be liable under any circumstances for any injury, illness, psychological or physical trauma, or death of the participant during or as a result of their participation in a tour package. Any medical or transportation expenses caused by these events are the responsibility of the participant or their own insurance company if the participant has taken out a policy.

Therefore, participants exclude Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina from any liability and exempt it from claims for financial damages resulting from their participation in any tour offered by us in an online catalog, tailor-made or under the responsibility of the local service provider in any country.

11) Insurance:

Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina informs each participant of the obligation to take out “minimum medical/luggage” travel insurance in their own country to cover any expenses related to accident or illness, loss or theft of property, or loss of departure for personal reasons.

12) Although Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina are committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction with the services offered, it may not be possible to provide some or all of these services in the event of events or circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and natural hazards due to force majeure, etc. Deviations and changes to the original program may also be necessary in the event of road disruptions. The tour operator Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina and its partners in other countries shall NOT be held liable in any way for any material or economic damage resulting from any claim by the customer(s) for lack of service due to the events and circumstances described above.

12a) Please note that those traveling from December 15 to April 10 should be aware that this is the rainy season in the Andean regions.

13) Update quotas: The update quotas published here are valid until DECEMBER 15, 2024.

13a) Children aged 4 to 10 pay 10% less than adults.

14) Signing the travel contract allows Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina to publish your references, including emails, photos, and videos “freely sent by you to us during the tour or afterwards” on social media and domains owned by the company, exclusively for the purposes of advertising and promoting the destination visited in Latin America.

15) Peru Paradise Travel & Travel America Latina reserve the right to change or modify the program in particular situations of “Force Majeure” such as strikes, bad weather conditions, epidemics, political or military events that endanger the safety of participants during the trip to any destination we offer.
